Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item due to a change of mind or size issue, we accept returns for store credit only upon an approved return request.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund upon assessment and approval.
Each order is eligible for only one free return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. This return can include multiple items (e.g., a swim set – top & bottom), but all items must be returned or exchanged in the same return request. Additional return requests for the same order will be subject to standard return shipping fees.
Final Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process
- If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your store credit as applicable.
Exchanges
All exchanges are processed via store credit only. Sol of Eos cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges. If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will provide store credit, which can be used toward a new purchase.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your credit or refund, please contact us at hello@solofeos.com.au for further assistance.
