The best way to change your order is to contact our support team via our contact form here, or email hello@solofeos.com.au

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order information including the tracking details.

After you place your order via our website, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once the order has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at: hello@solofeos.com.au.

Shipping & Delivery

Unfortunately, we are only able to offer free shipping on orders over $100.

For orders that fall under this amount, a nominal flat fee of $10 will be applied for shipping for orders under $100.

It can take up to 48 hours for us to process and dispatch your order via Australia Post eParcel service.

Once dispatched, please allow between 5 to 15 working days to receive your delivery within Australia, and between 5 - 30 days for all other international destinations.

We offer worldwide shipping and free shipping on orders over $100 AUD. For orders under that amount a nominal flat fee of $10 AUD will be applied for shipping within Australia, and $10 - $35 AUD for International orders.

Please note for international shipping addresses, as the recipient you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applicable to the country that you are shipping to. We advise that you are familiar with your package destinations import duty, customs, and local sales taxes, and the rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products. Sol of Eos will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur.

Return & Exchange Policies

We are able to exchange your purchased swimwear and accessories due to change of mind or sizing issues for a store credit within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused, with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and you've received your store credit, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Sol of Eos cannot guarantee stock availability in these situations. In the event of an item being out of stock, a store credit or refund will be offered in its place.

We pride ourselves on delivering a premium product. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund.
